Our office has conducted over 500 jury trials over a 45-year span, many of which resulted in full acquittals and/or greatly reduced exposure.
DUI Defense
A great portion of our caseload involves DUI cases. We study the traffic stop, field sobriety exams, and the technical aspects of the arrest in an effort to get the charges dismissed or lowered.
Juvenile Crimes
We work closely with the family for the best result for the minor, one that will either get the charges dismissed or expunged when the minor reaches 18 years of age. It is our aim to keep the charges from following the minor into adulthood.
Misdemeanor Diversion
We handle all kinds of misdemeanors with care for the best resolution, as indicated above.
Mental Health Diversion
For eligible clients with mental health issues, we pursue diversion programs under California law that can lead to dismissal of charges. This involves compiling psychological evaluations, treatment plans, and proof of ongoing care. We advocate for a legal path that emphasizes rehabilitation and healing over punishment while protecting the client’s rights at every stage.
